FAQ

All your questions, answered before you begin.

Duration, pricing, funding, method and support: here is everything you need to know to choose the right plan.

What is the difference between the guided assessment and Méridien?

Both plans are built on the same method. The guided skills assessment (bilan de compétences) follows the regulated framework, includes closer support from a consultant and can be funded through the CPF (France’s personal training account). Méridien is a flexible skills assessment at 379 €, completed mostly at your own pace and rounded out by three one-on-one sessions.

How long does an assessment take?

Plan on six to eight weeks for a guided assessment, or around three weeks with Méridien, working in 15–25 minute sessions. The pace adapts to your schedule.

Is the program genuinely personalized?

Yes — by design. Your answers feed an engine that selects and adapts the next steps, so no two journeys are ever alike. And your assessment isn’t set in stone: come back to it six months later and it picks up from wherever you are.

Can the assessment be funded through the CPF?

The guided assessment is CPF-eligible, subject to your available balance. We check your situation and help you put the application together. Méridien is paid for directly with a one-time payment of 379 € and falls outside the CPF scheme.

What is the method based on?

The method combines protocols drawn from cognitive psychology, personalization technology and European labor-market data. It was designed with occupational psychologists and engineers. You will find the full details on The science page.

I don’t want to change careers. Can the assessment still be useful to me?

Absolutely. An assessment can also confirm the direction you are already on, open up an internal move, or help you find a better balance in your current role.

What happens at the end?

You come away with a direction validated against the job market, a dated action plan and a summary report documenting your process. The community and the network then remain available to support you as you put it into practice.

Which languages is the platform available in?

French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. Évolution is a European platform — human support is currently available in French and English, with more languages being added over time.
