Évolution by Formation Compétences

Understand

The vocabulary of the skills assessment (bilan de compétences), made simple.

CPF, Qualiopi, synthèse, AIF, OPCO: clear definitions so you understand your rights and can commit with full confidence.

Bilan de compétences

A framework defined by the French Labour Code (art. L6313-4): an analysis of your skills, aptitudes and motivations to define a professional project. At Évolution, this is our “guided assessment” — the official framework, a dedicated advisor, and a summary report delivered at the end of the journey.

CPF — Compte Personnel de Formation

France’s personal training account, credited for every year you work. It can fund a guided skills assessment, often with nothing left for you to pay. You can check your balance on Mon Compte Formation.

Qualiopi

France’s national quality certification for training providers. It is mandatory for CPF funding. Évolution is certified and audited regularly.

Synthèse

The document you receive at the end of a guided assessment: your circumstances, the skills identified, your project and your action plan. It belongs to you — it is never shared with a third party without your consent.

AIF — Aide Individuelle à la Formation

A grant from France Travail (the national employment agency) that can top up — or replace — the CPF for jobseekers. Your Évolution advisor helps you apply for it.

OPCO

France’s skills operators, which fund employee training through the employer. One of the main routes for funding an assessment within a company.

Méridien

Our flexible skills assessment, available on web and mobile. It combines mostly self-paced work with three one-on-one sessions, and is offered at €379, outside the CPF scheme.

Plan d’action

The practical outcome of your assessment: a direction tested against the job market and turned into concrete steps, each with its own deadline.
