A skills assessment deserves better than a stack of questionnaires.
Évolution was founded in 2021 out of a simple observation: too many skills assessments (bilans de compétences) still rely on standardized tests, rushed interviews and generic reports. We began by rethinking the human guidance itself, then built the platform that extends it between sessions — without ever replacing the human relationship.

2021
The first programs
Career-assessment consultants, occupational psychologists and digital designers pooled their expertise to create the first programs and guide the first clients.
2022
The platform takes shape
Guided work between sessions lets clients write, revisit and mature their thinking. Consultants arrive at every session with a precise understanding of the journey so far.
2024
Official recognition
Qualiopi certification, eligibility for CPF (France’s personal training account) funding, hosting in France. Digital tools joined the assessment without distorting it.
2026
Two programs, one standard
The guided assessment offers a regulated framework with closer support. Méridien offers a more flexible skills assessment, instantly available on web and mobile.
